The Main Objectives of the ADS Program are :
  • To assist Indonesian public and private institutions meet identified institutional objectives and training needs through the provision of postgraduate education to selected staff;
  • To assist individuals to increase their capacity to contribute to Indonesian institutions and professions by the provision of postgraduate study opportunities in Australia;
  • To assist alumni of the ADS scheme to maintain and update their academic and professional skills;
  • To promote Indonesia and Australia's equity in development policies;
  • To deliver training that complements the human resource development goals outlined in AusAID's Indonesian Country Program Strategy; and
  • To select high quality candidates with the ability to succeed at tertiary study in Australia, with minimal extensions and with the abiliity contribute to Indonesia's development.
Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) are funded by the Government of Australia for postgraduate study at Australian universities. The main goal of ADS is to promote Indonesia's human resource capacity to contribute to four areas of development priority:Sustainable Growth and Economic Management; Investing in People; Democracy, Justice and Good Governance; and Safety and Peace. Selection ProcessAll applicants are considered by an independent Joint Selection Committee comprised of Australian and Indonesian academics. Only those shortlisted will be interviewed. The interview will assess candidates’ academic ability, clarity of study goals, cultural adaptability. A critical consideration will be how well the ADS applicant is able to explain the relevance of their proposed study area to the development of Indonesia. The interview will be accompanied by an IELTS test of English language proficiency. Final selection is objective and based on the principles of merit and equity.

Notification Of The Selection ResultAll applicants will be advised whether or not they have been shortlisted for an interview. All interviewed applicants will be notified whether or not they have been awarded an ADS. The agencies of Public sector nominees will also be notified. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Notification will include details of pre-departure training (English, academic skills, cultural preparation). This training is compulsory and full-time.

Informasi Beasiswa Jepang Monbukagakusho untuk Lulusan SLTA S1 S2 S3 dan Sederajat 2009

The Japanese government through the Ministry of education (Monbukagakusho) offers scholarships back monbukagakusho student research program for the departure in 2009. Registration will be closed on 23 May 2008.

This scholarship is for graduates s1 (bachelor degree) and wish to proceed to graduate (S2 and s3). Monbukagakusho scholarships (scholarships monbusho) open to anyone Indonesian citizens who wish to study in Japan without official ties or ties of any kind. Scholarships are awarded a scholarship covering the cost of study and living costs.

Registration at the time of the research student is allowed to apply for degree program (master / doctor / professional graduate course) or forward the program doctor degree after completion of masters degree or a professional graduate course, if the test passed the selection test given by the university concerned.

To get this scholarship persyaratn at least the following must be met:

  • Indonesian Citizen men / women aged up to 35 years old and born on or after 2 April 1974
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or the value of EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students) minimum number of 260 in the 2 test does not include Japanese
3. Value of the minimum TOEFL 550 or its equivalent or pass the Japanese Language Ability Test Level 2

Registration forms can be taken free of charge at the Embassy of Japan (Education Section, at 08:30-12:00, 14:00-15:30), Consulate General of Japan in Surabaya, Medan, and Makassar. Registration forms can also be obtained at the Embassy of Japan website (http://www.id.emb-japan.go.jp). In this regard, LB is pleased to offer scholarships and financial assistance to deserving Indonesian students who intend to pursue their tertiary education at selected university in Indonesia.

Therefore, LB is inviting applications from high school graduates who would like to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree program majoring in Commerce, Finance, Economic, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and Law.

The scholarship grant will be based on the merits of the applicant, including academic grades and school extra-curricular activities. However, to provide opportunities to those who would otherwise have difficulties in financing their tertiary education, special consideration will be given to applications from students that come from a financially disadvantaged family.


I. REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants to LB Scholarship must meet the following minimum requirements:
(i) Must be an Indonesian citizen;
(ii) Must complete the application form;
(iii) Grade Point Average for the National Examination Result and Average Point for High School Examination Result must be 8.00 or higher;
(iv) Must be able to demonstrate that they are from financially disadvantaged family by showing an official letter of poverty from the local authority and home electricity bill;
(v) Not presently receiving any other equivalent scholarship or award;
(vi) English proficiency;
(vii) Must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by LB in relation to the scholarship program;
(viii) Accepted applicants must be willing to participate in any LB programs and activities such as internship program at LB or any of its affiliated companies;
(ix) Scholarship recipients are prohibited from holding a job throughout the period of study.

II. COVERAGE OF SCHOLARSHIP:
The scholarship shall cover the following:
(i) Registration fees at the university at which the scholarship recipient is enrolled;
(ii) Tuition fee for the duration of study, not exceeding 4 (four) years or 8 (eight) academic semesters or less depending on the program selected. LB is not obligated to provide any further funding or other assistance should the scholarship recipient does not finish the course of study within the given time frame;
(iii) Living allowance to cover living expenses throughout the period of study;
(iv) Book allowance required for study;
(v) Internet allowance to access internet for study purpose;
(vi) A personal computer;
(vii) Research allowance required for final-year research study.

III. DISBURSEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS:
Scholarship funds shall be disbursed in the following arrangement:
(i) Tuition fee shall be paid directly to the respective university;
(ii) Others shall be disbursed directly to the scholarship recipient.

The disbursement of such scholarship funds shall be subject to the scholarship recipient being able to:
(i) maintain a satisfactory academic standing; and
(ii) fulfill all of required duties and responsibilities.

IV. LEAVE FROM SCHOOL
Save for the school holidays, scholarship recipients shall not take a break from any educational activities without obtaining prior written approval from LB.

V. PENALTIES
(i) In the event that any of scholarship recipients decides to resign from the scholarship program, such scholarship recipient shall reimburse all of the funds spent and return all facilities provided during his/her participation to LB’s scholarship program, including but not limited to the personal computer;
(ii) Any violation for duties, responsibilities and any other requirements imposed by LB will be subject to a penalty to be determined by LB and/or termination of scholarship funding.

VI. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Throughout the period of study, the scholarship recipient must:
(i) be willing to comply with all rules and regulations established by LB as well as the university;
(ii) be willing to attend and participate in all LB scholarship gathering or activities;
(iii) participate in LB’s human capital development programs; and
(iv) report on the academic and non-academic progress to LB on a quarterly basis.

After graduation, the scholarship recipient shall join the LB Alumni Association and actively participate in its program and activities.

VII. TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship program shall be terminated on the occurrence of one of the following:
(i) the scholarship recipient has completed the course of study;
(ii) the scholarship recipient withdraws or is not able to continue studying in the respective university;
(iii) the scholarship recipient violates or fails to fulfill any of the duties, responsibilities and requirements;
(iv) the scholarship recipient is unsuccessful to meet the required level of academic performance;
(v) the scholarship recipient is proven to have provided incorrect or misleading information in the application form or its supporting documents; or
(vi) the scholarship recipient is involved in any illegal activities.

VIII. WORK OBLIGATION
(i) During the period of study, scholarship recipient must be willing to participate in the internship program at LB.
(ii) Upon completion of undergraduate program, scholarship recipients are obliged to work for LB and/or its affiliations for a period of 4 consecutive years subject to job’s availability at LB and/or its affiliations.

Program Admission:

Application for the scholarship will be open each year. The full-time MM Prasetiya Mulya program runs two intakes each year. The admission process begins three to four months before the program intake. The matriculation program starts in early March or July. Applicants must complete both MM Prasetiya Mulya Application Form and Prasetiya Mulya Future Leaders Scholarship Application Form.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Indonesian citizen who can demonstrate leadership potential and interest in and commitment to community and national development.
2. Hold a Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from any legally accredited Indonesian or overseas institution. For overseas graduates, valid proof of full scholarship is required. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) is required.
3. Applicant must be under 30 years of age when lodging the application.
4. Preferably having a minimum of two-year full time professional work experience after the completion of their undergraduate degree when lodging the application.
5. Pass Prasetiya Mulya screening process.
6. Preferably having: International or Institutional TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based).
7. Not currently enrolled in graduate or post-graduate program or school, or has already obtained a Master`s degree or equivalent.
8. Not in receipt of other equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at the time of the award.
9. Demonstrate they are from financially disadvantaged family and that without the scholarship s/he will not be able to study for our graduate (MM) program.

Pemerintah Australia melalui ADS (Australian Development Scholarships) setiap tahun memberikan beasiswa kepada pelajar yang berasal dari negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia untuk menempuh studi Pasca Sarjana di perguruan tinggi / universitas terkemuka di Australia. Untuk tahun ajaran 2007-2008 sebanyak 300 beasiswa ditawarkan kepada pelajar dari Indonesia meliputi beasiswa S2 dan beasiswa S3 bidang Basic Social Services, Economic Management, Practice, Democratic Institutions dan Security and Stability. Beasiswa ADS meliputi: Biaya SPP, tiket pulang pergi australia, kerja lapangan, tempat tinggal, biaya hidup, kesehatan, bimbingan belajar, pelatihan bahasa inggris.

Each year, the Australian Government sponsors people from some developing countries to study in Australia through Australian Development Scholarships (ADS). The Australian Development Scholarship program in Indonesia aims to promote private and public sector human resource development in areas of agreed development priority.

Scholarships are generally available for full-time post-graduate study, from master degree level to PhD at Australian universities . Priority is given to fields of study that assist development goals. From time to time the Australian government and Indonesia review these criteria and adjust the emphasis of the program.

The broad areas of agreed priority in 2007/2008 are Economic Management, Democratic Institutions and Practice, Basic Social Services and Security and Stability. Areas of agreed priority will be updated whenever more information becomes available. Note : Priority development areas (or sectors) are not fields of study. The fields of study are listed beneath the priority development areas.


Types of Scholarships

In Indonesia, Australian Development Scholarship program offered in two categories:

* Public Sector: the Public sector applicants are employees from Government departments, state universities and state owned enterprises. Their applications must be approved by training or foreign cooperation bureaus (BKLN) / Education & Training Center (Pusdiklat) / Rector of their agencies before being submitted to the ADS Office.

* Open Sector: individuals may independently apply for a scholarship in open category. There may be some specific selection and eligibility criteria

"Targeted Scholarships: Public Sector and Other" candidates are employed by agencies associated with AusAID projects or AusAID related activities, including government organizations, state owned enterprises, non-government organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs) and key state and private higher education institutions which service the training needs of these organizations. Suitable applicants will be identified through the assistance of a Human Resource Development (HRD) Planning Specialist working with these target agencies . Their nomination must be facilitated through the Australian Team Leader (ATL) or the relevant representative of an AusAID activity . Up to 50% of all awards will be assigned to this category, including 6 scholarships to the Bali health sector.

Applicant Requirements

General Requirements

Scholarship Applicants must:

* be an Indonesian citizen and not have permanent residence in Australia or New Zealand;
* not be married or engaged to a person who is eligible to hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence;
* satisfy Australian Government requirements for international student entry to Australia (health, character etc.);
* not hold a scholarship that would give overlapping benefits;
* not have held an Australian Government Scholarship in the 12 months preceding the application;
* be applying to commence a new course of study and not be seeking support through ADS for a course already commenced in Australia ;
* be able to take up the scholarship in the year in which it is offered; and
* satisfy the admission requirements of the Australian tertiary institution in which the course is to be undertaken.

Specific Requirements

Scholarship Applicants must:

* be applying for courses that fall within the areas of development priority;
* have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.9 (on a scale of maximum 4.0) and an English language proficiency of at least 5.0 in IELTS (500 in Institutional TOEFL or 170 in International TOEFL). The IELTS or TOEFL result must be current (a test result obtained in 2006 or 2007 will be considered current);
* already hold an undergraduate degree, if applying for a Masters ;
* already have a Masters , if applying for a doctorate ;
* apply for a degree at a level higher than their current highest qualification;
* if applying for doctorate, applicants must be staff of universities, higher education institutions, research institutes, key policy makers and targeted candidates in other agencies associated with AusAID activities. It is highly desirable for doctorate applicants to have a letter of support from Australian university for their proposed field of study;
* answer all relevant questions on the application form; and
* be willing and available to take full-time English for Academic Purposes ( EAP ) training in Indonesia prior to studying in Australia if offered a scholarship
* be no more than 42 at time of application.

* 3 (three) Copies of completed Australian Development Scholarship (ADS) application form
* 3 (three) Copies of Birth Certificate / passport / Identity Card (KTP)
* 3 (three) Copies of Certified Certificate from S1 for Master and Doctorate applicants

Program ini meliputi beasiswa S1, beasiswa D3, dan beasiswa S2 bagi lulusan SLTA dan sederajat. Program beasiswa S1 meliputi seluruh jurusan kecuali musik dan olahraga, sedangkan program beasiswa D3 hanya diperuntukkan bagi siswa SLTA lulusan IPA yang berminat di bidang teknik (Engineering). Pendaftaran program beasiswa monbukagakusho 2008 ini akan dibuka 31 Mei 2007 dan ditutup tanggal 27 Juni 2007.

Program S1

Program S-1 merupakan program beasiswa 5 tahun (kecuali jurusan Kedokteran Umum, Gigi dan Hewan, 7 tahun) yang bisa diikuti lulusan SLTA baik jurusan IPA ataupun IPS Semua bidang bisa dipilih, kecuali bidang musik dan olah raga. Masa 5 atau 7 tahun sudah termasuk 1 tahun belajar bahasa di Jepang. Dan universitasnya baru ditentukan setelah tiba di Jepang berdasar hasil persaingan saat belajar bahasa selama 1 tahun di Jepang.

Program D-3 atau Politeknik

Program D-3 merupakan program beasiswa 4 tahun (termasuk 1 tahun belajar bahasa Jepang) yang dikhususkan bagi lulusan IPA yang berminat dibidang teknik (engineering) . Program yang materinya lebih pada praktek dan eksperimen ini memungkinkan bagi lulusan yang berprestasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang S-1. Sekolah tujuan sudah ditentukan sebelum keberangkatan ke Jepang.

Program D-2

Program yang setara dengan akademi yang akan mendidik para calon spesialis (profesional) ini ditempuh dalam waktu 3 tahun (termasuk belajar bahasa Jepang 1 tahun) dan bisa diikuti oleh lulusan SLTA jurusan IPA maupun IPS. Sama dengan program D-3, sekolahnya sudah ditentukan sebelum keberangkatan.

Fasilitas :

* Bebas biaya ujian masuk universitas, biaya kuliah, dan matrikulasi. (tidak termasuk biaya buku paket dan alat tulis).

* Tunjangan biaya hidup sebesar 134.000 yen setiap bulannya. Tunjangan pertama di Jepang sebesar 25.000 yen.

* Kursus Bahasa Jepang Gratis, baik saat di Indonesia ataupun di Jepang. Di Indonesia sekitar 3 minggu sebelum berangkat dan di Jepang selama setahun sebelum masuk kuliah. Dan tempatnya untuk peserta program S-1 dan D2 dibagi antara Tokyo dan Osaka, untuk program D3 semua di Tokyo.

* Kemudahan dalam pencarian asrama, apartemen atau sejenisnya. Di jepang, terutama untuk mahasiswa asing, sering mendapat kesulitan dalam pencarian tempat tinggal. Namun banyak pemilik apartemen atau asrama yang gmemperlunak h syarat bagi penerima beasiswa mombukagakusho.

* Diikutsertakan dalam asuransi kesehatan nasional Jepang dan program subsidi biaya kesehatan AIEJ.

* Tiket pesawat JAL Indonesia-Jepang kelas ekonomi. Tiket pesawat ini hanya diberikan 2 kali, saat pertama kali berangkat dari Indonesia, dan saat kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan studi dengan beasiswa mombukagakusho

Syarat pendaftaran untuk Program S-1, D-3 dan D-2 :

* Lulusan SLTA baik itu SMU, STM ataupun Madrasah Aliyah
* Berusia di bawah 22 tahun saat keberangkatan.
* Memenuhi batas minimal nilai rata-rata UAN dan nilai rata-rata rapor kelas semester akhir (dengan perincian sebagai berikut) :

Tahapan seleksi :

* Seleksi Dokumen, hanya yang memenuhi syarat-syarat di atas yang diperbolehkan mengambil formulir pendaftaran di Bagian Pendidikan Kedutaan Besar Jepang atau Konsulat Jenderal Jepang terdekat (Medan, Surabaya, Makassar).

* Tes Tertulis, diperuntukkan bagi yang lulus seleksi dokumen, dan mendapat panggilan untuk mengikuti tes tertulis (tidak semua pelamar dipanggil untuk tes tertulis). Biasanya tes diadakan akhir bulan Juli.

* Tes Wawancara, bagi yang lulus Tes Tertulis akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti Tes Wawancara di Kedubes Jepang di Jakarta. Wawancara dalam bahasa Indonesia. Isi pertanyaan lebih mengarah kepada kesiapan mental pendaftar untuk hidup sendiri melanjutkan studi ke Jepang.

* Seleksi akhir oleh Monbukagakusho, Pelamar yang lulus Tes Tertulis dan Tes Wawancara, datanya akan diserahkan (direkomendasikan) kepada Monbukagakusho. Keputusan akhir ditetapkan oleh Monbukagakusho sekitar akhir bulan Januari tahun berikutnya. Bagi yang lolos semua seleksi dan berhasil mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Monbukagakusho, akan berangkat ke Jepang awal bulan April.

* Untuk Tes Tertulis, semua soal dalam bahasa Inggris (boleh menggunakan kamus bahasa Inggris-Indonesia kecuali dalam ujian bahasa Inggris).

* Materi ujian disesuaikan dengan Program beasiswa dan jurusan yang dipilih.

- Untuk Program S-1 jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial & Humaniora materi ujiannya adalah Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, Sejarah Dunia

- Untuk Program S-1 jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, materi ujiannya adalah Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, Kimia dan Fisika/Biologi*

- Untuk Program D-3, materi ujiannya adalah Matematika dan Fisika / Kimia*.

- Untuk Program D-2, materi ujiannya adalah Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika.

Beasiswa (Ads) 2007-2008 Australian Development Scholarships Untuk S2 Dan S3

Pemerintah Australia melalui ADS (Australian Development Scholarships) setiap tahun memberikan beasiswa kepada pelajar yang berasal dari negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia untuk menempuh studi Pasca Sarjana di perguruan tinggi / universitas terkemuka di Australia. Untuk tahun ajaran 2007-2008 sebanyak 300 beasiswa ditawarkan kepada pelajar dari Indonesia meliputi beasiswa S2 dan beasiswa S3 bidang Basic Social Services, Economic Management, Practice, Democratic Institutions dan Security and Stability. Beasiswa ADS meliputi: Biaya SPP, tiket pulang pergi australia, kerja lapangan, tempat tinggal, biaya hidup, kesehatan, bimbingan belajar, pelatihan bahasa inggris.


Each year, the Australian Government sponsors people from some developing countries to study in Australia through Australian Development Scholarships (ADS). The Australian Development Scholarship program in Indonesia aims to promote private and public sector human resource development in areas of agreed development priority.

Scholarships are generally available for full-time post-graduate study, from master degree level to PhD at Australian universities . Priority is given to fields of study that assist development goals. From time to time the Australian government and Indonesia review these criteria and adjust the emphasis of the program.

The broad areas of agreed priority in 2007/2008 are Economic Management, Democratic Institutions and Practice, Basic Social Services and Security and Stability. Areas of agreed priority will be updated whenever more information becomes available. Note : Priority development areas (or sectors) are not fields of study. The fields of study are listed beneath the priority development areas.

Types of Scholarships

In Indonesia, Australian Development Scholarship program offered in two categories:

* Public Sector: the Public sector applicants are employees from Government departments, state universities and state owned enterprises. Their applications must be approved by training or foreign cooperation bureaus (BKLN) / Education & Training Center (Pusdiklat) / Rector of their agencies before being submitted to the ADS Office.

* Open Sector: individuals may independently apply for a scholarship in open category. There may be some specific selection and eligibility criteria

"Targeted Scholarships: Public Sector and Other" candidates are employed by agencies associated with AusAID projects or AusAID related activities, including government organizations, state owned enterprises, non-government organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs) and key state and private higher education institutions which service the training needs of these organizations. Suitable applicants will be identified through the assistance of a Human Resource Development (HRD) Planning Specialist working with these target agencies . Their nomination must be facilitated through the Australian Team Leader (ATL) or the relevant representative of an AusAID activity . Up to 50% of all awards will be assigned to this category, including 6 scholarships to the Bali health sector.

Applicant Requirements

General Requirements

Scholarship Applicants must:

* be an Indonesian citizen and not have permanent residence in Australia or New Zealand;
* not be married or engaged to a person who is eligible to hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence;
* satisfy Australian Government requirements for international student entry to Australia (health, character etc.);
* not hold a scholarship that would give overlapping benefits;
* not have held an Australian Government Scholarship in the 12 months preceding the application;
* be applying to commence a new course of study and not be seeking support through ADS for a course already commenced in Australia ;
* be able to take up the scholarship in the year in which it is offered; and
* satisfy the admission requirements of the Australian tertiary institution in which the course is to be undertaken.

Specific Requirements

Scholarship Applicants must:

* be applying for courses that fall within the areas of development priority;
* have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.9 (on a scale of maximum 4.0) and an English language proficiency of at least 5.0 in IELTS (500 in Institutional TOEFL or 170 in International TOEFL). The IELTS or TOEFL result must be current (a test result obtained in 2006 or 2007 will be considered current);
* already hold an undergraduate degree, if applying for a Masters ;
* already have a Masters , if applying for a doctorate ;
* apply for a degree at a level higher than their current highest qualification;
* if applying for doctorate, applicants must be staff of universities, higher education institutions, research institutes, key policy makers and targeted candidates in other agencies associated with AusAID activities. It is highly desirable for doctorate applicants to have a letter of support from Australian university for their proposed field of study;
* answer all relevant questions on the application form; and
* be willing and available to take full-time English for Academic Purposes ( EAP ) training in Indonesia prior to studying in Australia if offered a scholarship
* be no more than 42 at time of application.

Submitting the Application

To complete your application you will need to submit the following documents:

* 3 (three) Copies of completed Australian Development Scholarship (ADS) application form
* 3 (three) Copies of Birth Certificate / passport / Identity Card (KTP)
* 3 (three) Copies of Certified Certificate from S1 for Master and Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of Certified Transcript from S1 for Master and Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of Certified Certificate from S2 for Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of Certified Transcript from S2 for Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of IELTS or TOEFL results (minimum obtained in 2006 or 2007)
* 3 (three) Copies Reference Letter from S2 supervisor for Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of research outline for Master (full research) and Doctorate applicants
* 3 (three) Copies of CV (Curriculum Vitae).

1. Submit / send 3 (three) copies of the completed ADS application forms together with the required documents to ADS office directly in person or through mailing post or courier service.

Dalam usaha mendukung kebijakan pembangunan industri yaitu pengembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah agar menjadi tulang punggung pembangunan ekonomi nasional,Departemen Perindustrian merupakan salah satu instansi yang berkompeten dan berperan aktif mempersiapkan tenaga-tenaga profesional khususnya Tenaga Penyuluh Lapangan, sebagai salah satu ujung tombak untuk memicu pertumbuhan perekonomian melalui Pengembangan Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM)

Untuk itu Departemen Perindustrian berusaha dan berupaya dengan merekrut Siswa-Siswa berprestasi dilingkungan Sekolah Menengah Tingkat Atas dengan memberikan Beasiswa untuk disekolahkan pada Unit Pendidikan di Lingkungan Departemen Perindustrian.

Dalam rangka penyelenggaraan Beasiswa Tenaga Penyuluh Lapangan (TPL) tadi semua Unit Pendidikan di Lingkungan Departemen Perindustrian diharapkan dapat menciptakan Tenaga Profesional Penyuluh Lapangan yang berkemampuan setara Program D-3 sesuai dengan berbagai Jurusan disesuaikan dengan Potensi Daerah masing-masing. Beasiswa Pemerintah Prancis - The French Government Scholarships Program 2007 in Master, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral Studies For Indonesian Citizens

Tawaran Beasiswa dari Pemerintah Prancis kepada pelajar Indonesia untuk menempuh pendidikan di universitas-universitas terkemuka di Perancis. Tawaran beasiswa ini terbuka lebar bagi Dosen, Pegawai Negri (PNS), serta bagi Mahasiswa (dengan prioritas bagi mereka yang menyangkut program kerjasama antara Prancis dan Indonesia). Beasiswa ini diberikan bagi jenjang pendidikan dibawah ini :

  • Beasiswa S2, dengan durasi maksimal 2 tahun
  • Beasiswa S3, dengan durasi maksimal 3 tahun (only on a shared cost basis)
  • Beasiswa Post-Doctoral, dengan durasi maksimal 6 bulan (only on a shared cost basis)

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), in co-operation with the Fraunhofer- Gesellschaft (FhG), invites applications for the 3rd Technopreneur Award 2007
Fields of Application: Plant Biotechnology and Biorenewable Chemicals from Vegetable Oil

Beasiswa Yang ditawarkan adalah untuk para peneliti Indonesia yang berminat melakukan penelitian di bidang Plant Biotechnology dan Biorenewable Chemicals from Vegetable Oil yang diberikan oleh German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) dan the Fraunhofer Society (FhG)

Beasiswa yang diberikan mencakup biaya hidup per bulan senilai 1.840 Euro, serta tiket perjalanan. Peserta yang menjadi pemenang juga akan mendapat hadiah uang senilai 3000 Euro

The award winner will receive a prize and a 4-month fellowship at one of the 56 Fraunhofer Institutes in Germany. The respective Fraunhofer Institute will provide scientific guidance and supervision in the candidates’ fields of interest.

The monthly stipend will be Euro 1.840. In addition, the international travel costs will be borne and the winner will receive Euro 3.000 prize money. Fraunhofer and DAAD will support the award winner in his/her efforts to develop marketable products from the research and help him/her establishing contact with potential co-operation partners in German companies which would be able to produce these products.

The deadline for submitting all necessary documents is 16 April 2007. The winner will be selected and notified at the end of May. He/she can leave for Germany for a research stay of 4 months that has to be completed in 2007

What is Sampoerna Foundation National Graduate in Management Scholarship Program?

The Sampoerna Foundation National Graduate in Management Scholarship Program is a mean to groom Indonesia’s future business leaders. Sampoerna Foundation provides full scholarships to a maximum of 10 (ten) outstanding young Indonesians who demonstrate excellent academic, professional, personal and leadership qualities to pursue Magister Management or Master of Business Administration degree at leading business schools in Indonesia as recommended by Sampoerna Foundation.

What are the requirements?

A. Basic Requirements

Applicant must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:
Indonesian citizen
Under 30 year old when lodging the application
Hold a Bachelor degree in any discipline from an Indonesian tertiary institution with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)
Have a minimum of two-year full-time professional work experience after the completion of their undergraduate degree when lodging the application.
Have valid proof (validity of two years) of an Institutional TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based)*
Have valid proof (validity of two years) of an Academic Potential Test (TPA) with a minimum score of 550**
Not currently enrolled in graduate or post-graduate program or school, or has already obtained a Master’s degree or equivalent.
Not enrolled or graduated from an overseas tertiary institution unless was on a full scholarship.
Not in receipt of another equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at the time of the award.
Demonstrate they are from financially disadvantaged family and that without the scholarship he/she will not be able to study for a graduate degree.

B. Further Requirements
Demonstrate leadership potential.
Demonstrate interest in and commitment to community and national development.
Attend all stages of selection process conducted by Sampoerna Foundation and the examinations conducted by the recommended university(ies).
Comply with the application for scholarship rules and regulations as stipulated by Sampoerna Foundation, partner institution for each respective program, and the university.
What is covered?

This full-time scholarship is worth approximately between IDR 70.000.000 – IDR 110.000.000 per student, depending on the university, for the duration of study and covers:
University application fee reimbursement;
TOEFL & TPA reimbursement;
Tuition fees;
Living allowance;
Book and internet allowance;
Research/thesis allowance;
Graduation fee.

Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Communication and Information (Depkominfo), has announced the master and doctoral degree scholarships for Indonesian students for academic year 2007 in the fields of law, economics, computer science, engineering (informatics, electrical, telecommunication), social and political science, and education.

INFORMASI MENGENAI PERSYARATAN BEASISWA S2 & S3 LUAR NEGERI TAHAP PERTAMA TAHUN 2007

A. UMUM
Beasiswa disediakan Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika (Depkominfo) bagi PNS, dosen atau pegawai lembaga pendidikan, pegawai industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) serta masyarakat umum.

Keterangan:

Yang dimaksud PNS adalah pegawai negeri sipil yang ditempatkan di lembaga lembaga departemen, non departemen, baik di lingkungan pemerintahan pusat maupun daerah.

Yang dimaksud pegawai Lembaga Pendidikan adalah dosen dan pegawai pada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan.

Yang dimaksud pegawai Industri TIK adalah pegawai perusahaan-perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, baik BUMN/D maupun swasta murni.

Yang dimaksud Masyarakat Umum adalah pihak-pihak di luar tiga kategori tersebut atau perorangan.

Beasiswa akan diberikan kepada para pelamar yang oleh Panitia Seleksi dinilai memenuhi persyaratan untuk mengikuti program penddikan S2 dan S3 di perguruan tinggi di Australia, Swedia, dan Belanda.

Pelamar harus memenuhi persyaratan dan mengikuti peraturan yang ditetapkan
Pelamar dianjurkan memilih program pendidikan sesuai dengan bidang studi yang ditetapkan Depkominfo
Khusus bagi pelamar yang saat ini telah memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Acceptance Letter) dari Perguruan Tinggi yang telah ditetapkan, dan Surat tersebut telah diverifikasi oleh Depkominfo mendapatkan prioritas dan akan segera diberangkatkan ke negara yang berangkutan.
B. KHUSUS

1. Persyaratan

Umum
Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
Tidak sedang mendapat fasilitas beasiswa dari pihak lain
Mengikuti ketentuan dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo
Khusus:
Lulusan S1 bagi pelamar program S2 atau lulusan S2 bagi pelamar program S3
Memiliki IPK minimum 2,75 ( dari skala 4,0)
Memiliki nilai TOEFL minimum 525 atau IELTS minimum 5,25 (batas waktu tes terakhir adalah tahun 2005)
Memiliki nilai Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimum 525 dengan batas waktu tes terakhir adalah tahun 2005 (untuk TPA yang diselenggarakan Bappenas, hubungi: Ibu Ria, Overseas Training Office - OTO Bappenas Jl. Taman Suropati 2, Jakarta, Telp.021-3911627)
Memiliki nilai GRE/GMAT (bila program studi di perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan mensyaratkan dan batas waktu tes terakhir adalah tahun 2005
Mendapat rekomendasi dari pejabat berwenang (minimum pimpinan instansi setingkat Eselon II bagi PNS, pimpinan perusahaan atau pejabat yang berwenang di perusahaan bagi pegawai industri TIK, pimpinan perguruan tinggi atau pejabat yang berwenang di lembaga pendidikan bagi dosen/staf lembaga pendidikan dan dosen pembimbing skripsi atau tesis bagi masayarakat umum)
Diutamakan :
Memiliki masa kerja sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun terhitung mulai tanggal diangkat menjadi PNS dalam gelar S1 pada instansi yang bersangkutan (bagi pelamar kategori PNS) atau memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimum 2 tahun (bagi pelamar kategori pegawaiperusahaan industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dan masayarakat umum)

Berusia usia maksimal berusia 35 tahun (bagi pelamar program S2) dan 40 tahun (bagi pelamar program S3) pada saat pendaftaran

Belum memiliki gelar dan tidak sedang mengikuti program pendidikan S2 (bagi pelamar program S2) dan S3 (bagi pelamar program S3)
Bersedia mengikuti program studi di perguruan tinggi luar negeri yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo
Khusus bagi pelamar program S2 dan S3 yang telah lulus seleksi penerimaan calon mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi luar negeri yang esuai dengan ketetapan Depkominfo, melampirkan Surat Penerimaan (Acceptance Letter) dari perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan
Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran
Menandatangani Surat Pernyataan yang telah disediakan.
Formulir Pendaftaran yang telah diisi dan seluruh dokumen yang dipersyaratkan harus dikirim via pos atau diantar langsung dan dterima Panitia Seleksi dengan alamat tersebut di bawah ini paling lambat tanggal 15 Februari 2007. Panitia Seleksi tidak melayani pertanyaan atau komunikasi via telepon dan Internet.

C. PROSES PEMBERIAN BEASISWA

1. Seleksi

Proses seleksi terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu:
Tahap seleksi administratif, yakni penilaian terhadap kelengkapan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan

Tahap seleksi kemampuan akademik, yakni penilaian terhadap kemampuan bahasa Inggris (nilai TOEFL/IELTS), TPA, GRE/GMAT (bila diperlukan) dan aspek lain untuk menyusun daftar pendek berdasarkan peringkat prestasi, prioritas, dan potensi.

Tahap wawancara, yakni penilaian terhadap tujuan dan motivasi belajar, sikap kepribadian serta hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan tujuan pemberian beasiswa.
2. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris

Pelamar yang telah lulus seleksi Depkominfo tetapi belum memiliki nilai TOEFL/IELTS minimum yang dipersyaratkan oleh program studi dan perguruan tinggi luar negeri yang telah ditetapkan diberi kesempatan mningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dengan mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Depkominfo.

3. Pemberangkatan
Pemberangkatan ke negara-negara tujuan segera dilaksanakan bila pelamar:
Selesai mengikuti seluruh proses persiapan yang ditetapkan oleh Depkominfo
Memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Acceptance Letter) dari Perguruan Tinggi yang direkomendasi dan diverifikasi oleh Depkominfo
Memenuhi aturan keimigrasian dari negara tujuan
Memiliki Surat Izin dari Pemerintah Indonesia
Tidak sedang dalam keadaan hamil pada saat keberangkatan ke negara tujuan untuk mengikuti pendidikan

Bagi pelamar yang telah lulus seleksi dan telah memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Acceptance Letter) dari perguruan tinggi dengan bidang studi sesuai ketetapan dan Surat tersebut telah diverifikasi oleh Depkominfo akan diprioriaskan untuk segera diberangkatkan ke negara yang bersangkutan

Bagi pelamar yang lulus tahap wawancara tetapi belum memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Acceptance Letter) dari Perguruan Tinggi (sesuai rekomendasi Depkominfo) diberikan waktu 1 tahun untuk mendaftar ke Perguruan Tinggi sesuai rekomendasi Depkominfo.
D. HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN PENERIMA BEASISWA

1. Cakupan Beasiswa
Biaya kuliah (tuition fee)

Biaya perjalanan kelas ekonomi pergi-pulang dari dan ke negara tujuan studi (pada awal dan akhir studi)

Uang penempatan awal (establishment cost)

Biaya hidup selama mengikuti pendidikan (living allowance)

Asuransi kesehatan


Biaya pengurusan visa pelajar (student visa)
Catatan:
Peserta yang telah berkeluarga dapat membawa serta keluarganya ke negara tujuan studi dengan biaya sendiri (Depkominfo tidak memberi tunjangan keluarga).


Formulir pendaftaran harus diisi dengan jelas dibubuhi materai secukupnya dan disertai dengan semua dokumen sebagaimana tersebu dalam Daftar Kelengkapan Persyaratan3. Keputusan Panitia Seleksi bersifat mutlak, tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
2. Kewajiban pelamar
Mematuhi seluruh peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Depkominfo berkaitan dengan program beasiswa

Mematuhi peraturan negara tujuan studi sebagai pemegang visa pelajar (student visa)

Berperilaku baik dan menjaga nama baik Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia selama mengikuti pendidikan di luar negeri

Melaporkan perkembangan dan hasil studi kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan
