Story about my vacation and my favorite car

Today is my holiday with my family. not many activities that I do to fill the holiday. We're planning a vacation trip to the beach to fill our holiday. Before we travel far for vacation we always bring the car to be examined in the garage. This course is needed, so our trip was not to be damaged by many of the cost to repair and time to have fun is only used for car repairs.

We always use the favorites car for a holiday with family. An old Chevrolet car we have, we always care for our chevy and always buy chevy truck accessories to makes pretty and looks good when in use. We always treat our chevy regularly to maintain engine performance. We always keep our vehicles, make our trip more comfortable and awake.

Graduate Research Fellowships in Soft Condensed Matter, Patterned Surfaces and Colloids at Centro de Física Teórica e Computacional

Applications are invited for up to four Graduate Research Fellowships under Project PTDC/FIS/098254/2008, Patterned surfaces and colloids: the effects of texture on fluid adsorption and self-assembly, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) of Portugal, as follows:

1. Duration:
12-24 months full-time, starting September 2010. Preference will be given to candidates wishing to pursue studies leading to a doctoral degree.


2. Subject:
`Soft condensed matter` - the class of materials for which the relevant energy scale is close to the energy of thermal agitation - exhibits dramatic emergent phenomena that arise from simple interactions.

This project aims to study a new generation of materials, where surface texture plays a dominant role in determining he structure and properties of adsorbed or self-assembled fluid phases. It comprises three theoretical and computational sub-projects investigating:
- liquid-crystal structure induced by patterned substrates;
- the self-assembly of colloids with anisotropic interactions; and
- nematic emulsions. The combined study of these systems will shed light on the principles governing the interplay of geometry and fluctuations on the mesoscale.

3. Supervision:
Professor Margarida Telo da Gama and other members of the Condensed Matter Physics Group at CFTC (cftc.cii.fc.ul.pt), as appropriate.

4. Academic Requirements:
First Degree or MSc in physics or related areas.

5. Pay:
At the appropriate point in FCT payscales (tax-free).

About Us
Indonesian Danone Institute Foundation was incorporated in May 2007 a an independent, non-profit organization, separated from the Danone business units. The Foundation is supported by eight Scientifice Members from various institutions in Indonesia.

Missions
Promote the advancement and sharing of knowledge in the areas of diet, nutrition and health, focusing to address current and prevent future major local nutritional and health issues such as double-burden nutrition problems (under nutrition and over nutrition) of low-income Indonesian populations (Social Economic Class CDE).

Promote scientific research findings fieldworks recognized by local and international scientific communities in the related disciplines to the above mission, especially those leading to the creation of the low-cost food and safe water solutions to address the major local nutritional and health issues.

Prasetiya Mulya - Vivere for Education Scholarship adalah program beasiswa bagi siswa-siswi SMA/sedarajat yang aktif dan berprestasi, namun memiliki keterbatasan finansial untuk melanjutkan studi di Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

Beasiswa yang diberikan bersifat tidak mengikat, jumlah penerima beasiswa adalah 1 orang mahasiswa S1 Prasetiya Mulya angkatan 2010 dengan bentuk beasiswa sebagai berikut:

    VIVAnews – In the 2010/2011 academic year the Russian Federation Government provides 35 scholarships for citizens of the Republic of Indonesia.     The Main Objectives of the ADS Program are :
    • To assist Indonesian public and private institutions meet identified institutional objectives and training needs through the provision of postgraduate education to selected staff;
    • To assist individuals to increase their capacity to contribute to Indonesian institutions and professions by the provision of postgraduate study opportunities in Australia;
    • To assist alumni of the ADS scheme to maintain and update their academic and professional skills;
    • To promote Indonesia and Australia's equity in development policies;
    • To deliver training that complements the human resource development goals outlined in AusAID's Indonesian Country Program Strategy; and
    • To select high quality candidates with the ability to succeed at tertiary study in Australia, with minimal extensions and with the abiliity contribute to Indonesia's development.
    Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) are funded by the Government of Australia for postgraduate study at Australian universities. The main goal of ADS is to promote Indonesia's human resource capacity to contribute to four areas of development priority:Sustainable Growth and Economic Management; Investing in People; Democracy, Justice and Good Governance; and Safety and Peace. Selection ProcessAll applicants are considered by an independent Joint Selection Committee comprised of Australian and Indonesian academics. Only those shortlisted will be interviewed. The interview will assess candidates’ academic ability, clarity of study goals, cultural adaptability. A critical consideration will be how well the ADS applicant is able to explain the relevance of their proposed study area to the development of Indonesia. The interview will be accompanied by an IELTS test of English language proficiency. Final selection is objective and based on the principles of merit and equity.

    Notification Of The Selection ResultAll applicants will be advised whether or not they have been shortlisted for an interview. All interviewed applicants will be notified whether or not they have been awarded an ADS. The agencies of Public sector nominees will also be notified. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Notification will include details of pre-departure training (English, academic skills, cultural preparation). This training is compulsory and full-time.

    Informasi Beasiswa Jepang Monbukagakusho untuk Lulusan SLTA S1 S2 S3 dan Sederajat 2009

    The Japanese government through the Ministry of education (Monbukagakusho) offers scholarships back monbukagakusho student research program for the departure in 2009. Registration will be closed on 23 May 2008.

    This scholarship is for graduates s1 (bachelor degree) and wish to proceed to graduate (S2 and s3). Monbukagakusho scholarships (scholarships monbusho) open to anyone Indonesian citizens who wish to study in Japan without official ties or ties of any kind. Scholarships are awarded a scholarship covering the cost of study and living costs.

    Registration at the time of the research student is allowed to apply for degree program (master / doctor / professional graduate course) or forward the program doctor degree after completion of masters degree or a professional graduate course, if the test passed the selection test given by the university concerned.

    To get this scholarship persyaratn at least the following must be met:

    • Indonesian Citizen men / women aged up to 35 years old and born on or after 2 April 1974
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA or the value of EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students) minimum number of 260 in the 2 test does not include Japanese
    3. Value of the minimum TOEFL 550 or its equivalent or pass the Japanese Language Ability Test Level 2

    Registration forms can be taken free of charge at the Embassy of Japan (Education Section, at 08:30-12:00, 14:00-15:30), Consulate General of Japan in Surabaya, Medan, and Makassar.     LB SCHOLARSHIP FURTHER REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS

    1. Each applicant shall be responsible to ensure that all following documents are
    received along with the complete application by PT Bank Lippo Tbk (“LB”) no later than June 27, 2008:

    PT Bank Lippo Tbk (“LB”), a major investee company of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Malaysia, believes in developing the human capital in the Republic of Indonesia. In this regard, LB is pleased to offer scholarships and financial assistance to deserving Indonesian students who intend to pursue their tertiary education at selected university in Indonesia.

    Therefore, LB is inviting applications from high school graduates who would like to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree program majoring in Commerce, Finance, Economic, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and Law.

    The scholarship grant will be based on the merits of the applicant, including academic grades and school extra-curricular activities. However, to provide opportunities to those who would otherwise have difficulties in financing their tertiary education, special consideration will be given to applications from students that come from a financially disadvantaged family.


    I. REQUIREMENTS:
    Applicants to LB Scholarship must meet the following minimum requirements:
    (i) Must be an Indonesian citizen;
    (ii) Must complete the application form;
    (iii) Grade Point Average for the National Examination Result and Average Point for High School Examination Result must be 8.00 or higher;
    (iv) Must be able to demonstrate that they are from financially disadvantaged family by showing an official letter of poverty from the local authority and home electricity bill;
    (v) Not presently receiving any other equivalent scholarship or award;
    (vi) English proficiency;
    (vii) Must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by LB in relation to the scholarship program;
    (viii) Accepted applicants must be willing to participate in any LB programs and activities such as internship program at LB or any of its affiliated companies;
    (ix) Scholarship recipients are prohibited from holding a job throughout the period of study.

    II. COVERAGE OF SCHOLARSHIP:
    The scholarship shall cover the following:
    (i) Registration fees at the university at which the scholarship recipient is enrolled;
    (ii) Tuition fee for the duration of study, not exceeding 4 (four) years or 8 (eight) academic semesters or less depending on the program selected. LB is not obligated to provide any further funding or other assistance should the scholarship recipient does not finish the course of study within the given time frame;
    (iii) Living allowance to cover living expenses throughout the period of study;
    (iv) Book allowance required for study;
    (v) Internet allowance to access internet for study purpose;
    (vi) A personal computer;
    (vii) Research allowance required for final-year research study.

    III. DISBURSEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS:
    Scholarship funds shall be disbursed in the following arrangement:
    (i) Tuition fee shall be paid directly to the respective university;
    (ii) Others shall be disbursed directly to the scholarship recipient.

    The disbursement of such scholarship funds shall be subject to the scholarship recipient being able to:
    (i) maintain a satisfactory academic standing; and
    (ii) fulfill all of required duties and responsibilities.

    IV. LEAVE FROM SCHOOL
    Save for the school holidays, scholarship recipients shall not take a break from any educational activities without obtaining prior written approval from LB.

    V. PENALTIES
    (i) In the event that any of scholarship recipients decides to resign from the scholarship program, such scholarship recipient shall reimburse all of the funds spent and return all facilities provided during his/her participation to LB’s scholarship program, including but not limited to the personal computer;
    (ii) Any violation for duties, responsibilities and any other requirements imposed by LB will be subject to a penalty to be determined by LB and/or termination of scholarship funding.

    VI. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Throughout the period of study, the scholarship recipient must:
    (i) be willing to comply with all rules and regulations established by LB as well as the university;
    (ii) be willing to attend and participate in all LB scholarship gathering or activities;
    (iii) participate in LB’s human capital development programs; and
    (iv) report on the academic and non-academic progress to LB on a quarterly basis.

    After graduation, the scholarship recipient shall join the LB Alumni Association and actively participate in its program and activities.

    VII. TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP
    The scholarship program shall be terminated on the occurrence of one of the following:
    (i) the scholarship recipient has completed the course of study;
    (ii) the scholarship recipient withdraws or is not able to continue studying in the respective university;
    (iii) the scholarship recipient violates or fails to fulfill any of the duties, responsibilities and requirements;
    (iv) the scholarship recipient is unsuccessful to meet the required level of academic performance;
    (v) the scholarship recipient is proven to have provided incorrect or misleading information in the application form or its supporting documents; or
    (vi) the scholarship recipient is involved in any illegal activities.

    VIII. WORK OBLIGATION
    (i) During the period of study, scholarship recipient must be willing to participate in the internship program at LB.
    (ii) Upon completion of undergraduate program, scholarship recipients are obliged to work for LB and/or its affiliations for a period of 4 consecutive years subject to job’s availability at LB and/or its affiliations.

    Program Admission:

    Application for the scholarship will be open each year. The full-time MM Prasetiya Mulya program runs two intakes each year. The admission process begins three to four months before the program intake. The matriculation program starts in early March or July. Applicants must complete both MM Prasetiya Mulya Application Form and Prasetiya Mulya Future Leaders Scholarship Application Form.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Indonesian citizen who can demonstrate leadership potential and interest in and commitment to community and national development.
    2. Hold a Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from any legally accredited Indonesian or overseas institution. For overseas graduates, valid proof of full scholarship is required. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) is required.
    3. Applicant must be under 30 years of age when lodging the application.
    4. Preferably having a minimum of two-year full time professional work experience after the completion of their undergraduate degree when lodging the application.
    5. Pass Prasetiya Mulya screening process.
    6. Preferably having: International or Institutional TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based).
    7. Not currently enrolled in graduate or post-graduate program or school, or has already obtained a Master`s degree or equivalent.
    8. Not in receipt of other equivalent award or scholarship offering similar or other benefits at the time of the award.
    9. Demonstrate they are from financially disadvantaged family and that without the scholarship s/he will not be able to study for our graduate (MM) program.

    Pemerintah Australia melalui ADS (Australian Development Scholarships) setiap tahun memberikan beasiswa kepada pelajar yang berasal dari negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia untuk menempuh studi Pasca Sarjana di perguruan tinggi / universitas terkemuka di Australia. Untuk tahun ajaran 2007-2008 sebanyak 300 beasiswa ditawarkan kepada pelajar dari Indonesia meliputi beasiswa S2 dan beasiswa S3 bidang Basic Social Services, Economic Management, Practice, Democratic Institutions dan Security and Stability. Beasiswa ADS meliputi: Biaya SPP, tiket pulang pergi australia, kerja lapangan, tempat tinggal, biaya hidup, kesehatan, bimbingan belajar, pelatihan bahasa inggris.

    Each year, the Australian Government sponsors people from some developing countries to study in Australia through Australian Development Scholarships (ADS). The Australian Development Scholarship program in Indonesia aims to promote private and public sector human resource development in areas of agreed development priority.

    Scholarships are generally available for full-time post-graduate study, from master degree level to PhD at Australian universities . Priority is given to fields of study that assist development goals. From time to time the Australian government and Indonesia review these criteria and adjust the emphasis of the program.

    The broad areas of agreed priority in 2007/2008 are Economic Management, Democratic Institutions and Practice, Basic Social Services and Security and Stability. Areas of agreed priority will be updated whenever more information becomes available. Note : Priority development areas (or sectors) are not fields of study. The fields of study are listed beneath the priority development areas.


    Types of Scholarships

    In Indonesia, Australian Development Scholarship program offered in two categories:

    * Public Sector: the Public sector applicants are employees from Government departments, state universities and state owned enterprises. Their applications must be approved by training or foreign cooperation bureaus (BKLN) / Education & Training Center (Pusdiklat) / Rector of their agencies before being submitted to the ADS Office.

    * Open Sector: individuals may independently apply for a scholarship in open category. There may be some specific selection and eligibility criteria

    "Targeted Scholarships: Public Sector and Other" candidates are employed by agencies associated with AusAID projects or AusAID related activities, including government organizations, state owned enterprises, non-government organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs) and key state and private higher education institutions which service the training needs of these organizations. Suitable applicants will be identified through the assistance of a Human Resource Development (HRD) Planning Specialist working with these target agencies . Their nomination must be facilitated through the Australian Team Leader (ATL) or the relevant representative of an AusAID activity . Up to 50% of all awards will be assigned to this category, including 6 scholarships to the Bali health sector.

    Applicant Requirements

    General Requirements

    Scholarship Applicants must:

    * be an Indonesian citizen and not have permanent residence in Australia or New Zealand;
    * not be married or engaged to a person who is eligible to hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence;
    * satisfy Australian Government requirements for international student entry to Australia (health, character etc.);
    * not hold a scholarship that would give overlapping benefits;
    * not have held an Australian Government Scholarship in the 12 months preceding the application;
    * be applying to commence a new course of study and not be seeking support through ADS for a course already commenced in Australia ;
    * be able to take up the scholarship in the year in which it is offered; and
    * satisfy the admission requirements of the Australian tertiary institution in which the course is to be undertaken.

    Specific Requirements

    Scholarship Applicants must:

    * be applying for courses that fall within the areas of development priority;
    * have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.9 (on a scale of maximum 4.0) and an English language proficiency of at least 5.0 in IELTS (500 in Institutional TOEFL or 170 in International TOEFL). The IELTS or TOEFL result must be current (a test result obtained in 2006 or 2007 will be considered current);
    * already hold an undergraduate degree, if applying for a Masters ;
    * already have a Masters , if applying for a doctorate ;
    * apply for a degree at a level higher than their current highest qualification;
    * if applying for doctorate, applicants must be staff of universities, higher education institutions, research institutes, key policy makers and targeted candidates in other agencies associated with AusAID activities. It is highly desirable for doctorate applicants to have a letter of support from Australian university for their proposed field of study;
    * answer all relevant questions on the application form; and
    * be willing and available to take full-time English for Academic Purposes ( EAP ) training in Indonesia prior to studying in Australia if offered a scholarship
    * be no more than 42 at time of application.

    Submitting the Application

    To complete your application you will need to submit the following documents:

    * 3 (three) Copies of completed Australian Development Scholarship (ADS) application form
    * 3 (three) Copies of Birth Certificate / passport / Identity Card (KTP)
    * 3 (three) Copies of Certified Certificate from S1 for Master and Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of Certified Transcript from S1 for Master and Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of Certified Certificate from S2 for Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of Certified Transcript from S2 for Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of IELTS or TOEFL results (minimum obtained in 2006 or 2007)
    * 3 (three) Copies Reference Letter from S2 supervisor for Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of research outline for Master (full research) and Doctorate applicants
    * 3 (three) Copies of CV (Curriculum Vitae).
